A cute and quaint little coffee shop tucked in front of a home textile store. Nice break in this busy neighborhood.Very limited seating.

Not sure when this little place popped up, but I believe it was pretty recently. Since I noticed it I have returned many times (I work in the area). Definitely beats the Starbucks around the corner, and the other good cafes in the area are a little farther south so this is your spot if you are nearby. All of their coffee drinks are great. The space is cool but very small, just a few stools. It kind of serves as an anteroom to a fancy fabric store which it seems to be affiliated with. They have baked goods which really look amazing, but I haven't tried them. Prices are standard for nice coffee shops in the area. The staff has always been very nice. I wish they allowed me to order a larger cup of iced coffee.

One of my favorite espresso shops on the island - small and not that well known, but one of the best!

Incredible fresh coffee, roasted and made to perfection. The staff was super friendly as well. The place is tiny though, so donΓ’β¬β’t count on sitting there.

If you charge 4$ for a Espresso machichato it better have a good milk foam. Unfortunately this one did not. Good coffee and taste however, so can still recommend this place.

Wow. What a fantastic shop. We tried many coffee shops in manhattan and a few in Brooklyn but nothing compared to A Little Taste. The espresso was so creamy and delicious. My boyfriend and I stayed across the street at the Hilton and stopped by everyday at least once (sometimes twice) for the Brazilian espresso they were offering. It was obvious the coffee was fresh and roasted to perfection. The pastries were yummy too. The staff was friendly as well. We were sad to leave back home to Florida.

Very cute little cafe. There is no seating because a section of the cafe is a textile store. Prices are standard for the area. Try the iced coffee!! The cubes are frozen coffee!

My local never stops being excellent. Just dodge the flowers, the pillows, and the construction sites and grab one of the three chairs at this oasis.

I'm happy to have this shop in the neighborhood. The Coffee is actually very good, the pastries are fresh and tasty. I love the atmosphere, seating is very limited but, I think it's a good thing (crowd control).

Good coffee and lovely atmosphere, but the place is really tiny and there is no restroom, it's more a takeaway coffee.

Great little cafe with a friendly staff. The BEST oat latte I've ever had; I'm addicted! A wide selection of pastries, including gluten-free and vegan (the gf pistachio-cardamom loaf is amazing! ) There are 3 barstools inside of you want to enjoy your coffee there.

Best espresso IΓ’β¬β’ve had in a very long time

This is my favorite place to get coffee by the office, a short walk down from Penn Station, this little hideaway cafΓΒ© is on a street that I identify as a forest-park. I get iced oat lattes all year Γ’β¬Λround because I am me. The barista shakes my coffee concoction in a cocktail shaker unlike most baristas that dump an espresso shot in top of iced oat milk leaving my to put a lid on it and stir it myself causing liquid to drip from the sides. The coffee is delicious, never burnt, and has caffeine which can be missing from some coffees you find in manhattan.

Amazing place. You'll love it. They roast all their coffee themselves, everything is very high quality and all drinks are carefully made. There's also an awesome selection of artisanal pastries and cookies and other little things you can buy. Cannot recommend this place enough. Only bad thing is they are closed on Sundays.

Tiny place with a good coffee
Nick Clarke
Superior fresh roasted espresso and typical pastry treats in a lovely garden atmosphere.

A tiny cafe with friendly service, good coffee, and tasty pastries.

Really great spot and reasonably priced compared to similar NYC artisanal/independent cafes. The chai was well spiced (non-imaginary, actual spices) and thereΓ’β¬β’s a variety of milk options (oat, soy, almond from what I remember). ThereΓ’β¬β’s a lot of unique pastries on display and the one I tried (rosemary currant scone) was excellent. Not overly sweet and a good savory flavor. $9 total. Staff are really pleasant too. Keep in mind thereΓ’β¬β’s limited seating (a couple barstool seats across the register).
